Genuinely the best experience ever!! Made incredible friendships with the not only the volunteers but also the amazing staff. Huge shout out to Albano, Fred, Pedro, and of courseee my favourite ever Ruben <3 extended my stay another month because of the incredible people I've met here. Responsibilities are relatively easy & hours are flexible and respected. Highly recommend to anyone!

I had an amazing experience volunteering at Lisbon the hostel! The location couldn't be better, the atmosphere is super friendly, and the team made me feel at home from the very first day. The tasks were easy and fair, and I always had enough free time to explore Lisbon and enjoy the city. It was such a great environment to meet people from all over the world and learn new things. I'm really grateful for these two months — thank you for everything! <3

Everything was perfect! I had the best time ever there. The location was the best bc It's at the train station. The staff is super nice and helpful if you have a question just ask them and they'll help you. This place felt like home. I would come back every time.

I had such a great time at LDH! My plan was to volunteer for one month, but I extended my stay to 2 months. The hostel has a perfect location, the work is easy, and the working hours are always respected. There are different shifts and I had plenty of time to explore Lisbon and other cities. They also offer many benefits and discounts for volunteers. The hostel is super social and I felt so welcomed from the first day I arrived. Everyone working there is friendly and warm, they made me feel like at home. I'm really happy I had the opportunity to be part of the team! Thank you all! 💜

I had six amazing weeks at Lisbon the hostel. The staff are just the most welcoming and loving people. I also ended up extending because I wasn't ready to go home. I would really recommend this place if you want to volunteer. The work is very fair and straightforward. Magda is also always ready to help and flexible in terms of shifts and the schedule. It was my first experience with Worldpackers and it couldn't have gone any better! I'm gonna miss my time here and especially all the friends I made🍸❤️

I had a lovely time at Sunset the hostel! The facilities were great, the tasks were simple, and the work hours were respected! I met a lot of international travelers and had a great time connecting with the other volunteers. The location of the hostel was perfect for getting around Lisbon with ease.

Sunset the hostel was my first volunteering experience and I would recommend volunteering here to anyone! The hours were respected and the work is super easy and fair. They are flexible if you want particular days off and I had so much free time to explore beautiful Lisbon and other Portuguese cities. The crew and volunteers I met have become amazing friends that I will miss dearlyyyy💖💖

Amazing experience! Flexible schedules and friendly, easy-going staff, along with volunteers from all over the world, made the environment fun and welcoming. Daily tasks like preparing breakfast, making beds, interacting with guests, helping with check-ins, showing the facilities, and supporting events were simple, yet meaningful. I loved meeting so many interesting travelers with incredible stories. The volunteer room was comfortable, secure, and gave enough personal space. Highly recommend! Perfect experience with top location, vibes, and nice people. Would love to come back again!

My 5 weeks at Sunset the hostel was truly such an incredible experience! The staff are incredibly friendly and will make you feel at home right away, they're always there if you need anything, the actual shifts weren't bad at all, they always had a prepared schedule and easily allow you to swap shifts if you'd like. The hostel itself is very nice and a very social hostel with lots of events making it easy to connect with travelers. I can confidently say I enjoyed working here, spending time with both the staff and volunteers, and I would love to visit some time. Highly recommend !!
