It was my first time volunteering and it was the best experience I have ever had. The people I have met are wonderful, the tasks are super easy and the working hours couldn't be better. The supervisors are very nice and help you with everything you need. Without a doubt the best volunteering.

I had the best time at DBH! It was a great experience. I felt welcomed since the moment I met everyone. The building is incredible. The work is simple and with great teamwork we often finish the job earlier and you'll have plenty of free time to travel to other places across Scotland. I'd love to go back if there is a chance! Thanks for always being so kind, Chris & Hervé! And thanks for everyone that made this experience unique!

The DBH is a great place to meet new people and staying in the hostel makes it easy to explore different parts of Scotland. The hosts are very attentive to one's needs and make you feel very comfortable. I found a home away from home here, and I'm very grateful for all the people I met <3

If you want to spend an amazing time, meet excellent people and improve your english you have to come to the hostel! I felt completely welcome since my arrival, Hervé and Chris are fully committed to make the volunteers feel in a home away from home. The tasks are very easy and you have a lot of time to get to know the city and it surroundings. I made friends for life here and I expect to come back soon. I've had so much fun and I could practice my English a lot, the work is easy to adapt. the hostel is a quiet city and I enjoyed so much here, the hostel localization is perfect. The managers are super cool and easygoing people. I really recommend this opportunity to everyone who want to enhance your English and have fun 😊
