YHA London St Paul's

Located right next to St Paul's Cathedral, this is a great place to center yourself in London and go out exploring. We offer flexibility in working to let you make the most of it, and you get the opportunity to experience this with other volunteers. If you want to have the freedom to go out and do your own exploring (with other volunteers as well), this is a great choice for you!

We treat volunteers fairly and with respect. We just want the same in return. The best scenario we always want to work towards, is getting a great experience for our volunteers and much needed help for ourselves. A key target we always work towards is getting return volunteers (we have been steadily getting more and more return volunteers, some of them on their 4th stay with us!), as this lets us know that they valued and enjoyed their experience.

It was a lovely experience, I made friends and I felt very comfortable with the hostel stuff. I completely recommend this place if you want to experience London first hand. The location is perfect!

My experience volunteering in London was very positive. The activities were well organized, with clear schedules and routines, which made the daily work smooth and productive. I also learned many new things, and the team was always supportive and available whenever help was needed.

Very lovely place with many nice people, volunteers and also the staff. I felt very welcomed and looked after :)
The working tasks and hours were always respected and fair. The location is also perfect, very central but not too busy. Since the hostel is quite big there are usually many volunteers to meet. Only con point is the Wifi which didn’t worked most of the time :)
I would definitely recommend to visit YHA

It was a good experience. The tasks and hours are exactly as described. The location is very good in London; you are very close to the central areas. Most of the staff are very nice, and it was a good experience with most of the other volunteers.

I spent two amazing months at YHA Saint Paul's, couldn't have asked for a better place for my stay in London. The location is great, very central. The work is fair and exactly as described, not hard, and everybody working here is more than willing to teach you and make you feel welcome as part of the team, plus the schedule is very flexible, with plenty of time off to live the city. I also got to meet many amazing volunteers from all over the world and from all walks of life, who I will remember fondly.
