I had an amazing stay! the manager, other staff, guests and the environment were all super nice and accommodating. I think Osaka might be the best city in Japan to volunteer in. The working agreement gives a lot of free time to explore the city and even take multiple days to go to neighbouring cities like Nara or Kyoto.
Overall it was a wonderful time and i highly recommend it!

Super expérience dans un hostel tres convivial ! Le travail est facile et pas compliqué du tout, les managers don’t Shu sont très serviables, gentils, compréhensifs et très pédagogue.
L’équipe de volontaires était top et l’emplacement et les équipements de l’hôtel étaient parfaits.

I really enjoyed my time in Peace House Showa. The group of volunteers made a pleasant stay. We could cook use the bycicles of the hostel. 3 days of work, depending of the day but was quiet fair for the 4 days free we got was good. The hostel is very small and there were volunteers to split the tasks. I stayed in another building which I think made my stay comfortable. There is a party once a month I really enjoyed it. . I would like to come back sometime. Shu who was the manager was kind and always there for any help. Thank you very much family of Peace House. :)

Good place to stay for volunteering.
Shu and Kenji were nice. I met a lot of nice people and the work was not that hard. Most of the time, you have time for reading or studying if you want to.
