Gili Castle Hostel
You will be living in a tropical paradise! We have great staff, a wonderful pool, jumping platform, cold bintang beer and the opportunity to make new friends. We have a rock climbing wall next to the pool. Be the life of the party here and help our guests feel at home.
Our management team and staff are very kind and caring people. All of our volunteers feel like part of our family here. We provide you with accommodation and breakfast during your stay plus time off. The schedule varies depending on the day and what events we have going on.

Such an awesome place to volunteer at. Everyone’s so friendly and welcoming, I felt instantly settled. Gili Castle is like one big happy family. The nightlife is constant and the vibes are unreal. Such a cool island as well. Nowhere near as crowded as Bali. Heaps of perks and discounts volunteering here as well!

Volunteering at Gili Castle was a truly rewarding experience. The host made me feel very welcome and part of the team from day one. Communication was clear, the tasks were fair, and there was always support when needed. The atmosphere was friendly and respectful, making it easy to connect with other volunteers and guests. I learned a lot, felt appreciated, and really enjoyed my time on Gili Trawangan. I would highly recommend this experience to other volunteers looking for a positive and well-organized placement.

I absolutely loved my time here at Gili Castle. Elin and Jess are both amazing mangers and are very accommodating to all reps needs. The staff at all hostels are also very lovely and enjoy getting to know all the reps. The accomodation provided is decent and work is very simple. If you have high energy levels and enjoy being around people, this volunteer position is definitely recommended. I’m very sad to be leaving and will be back again in the near future!
