Gili Castle Hostel

You will be living in a tropical paradise! We have great staff, a wonderful pool, jumping platform, cold bintang beer and the opportunity to make new friends. We have a rock climbing wall next to the pool. Be the life of the party here and help our guests feel at home.

Our management team and staff are very kind and caring people. All of our volunteers feel like part of our family here. We provide you with accommodation and breakfast during your stay plus time off. The schedule varies depending on the day and what events we have going on.

I had the best time at Gili Castle Hostel and on Gili T. If you’re thinking about volunteering, you should definitely do it here. You grow together like a little family. With everyone on the team, you build such a warm and appreciative connection, which makes the experience unforgettable. The hours you “work” honestly feel more like free time, and the job is highly recommended. I’m sad to leave because this island really gives you the feeling that you never want to go. The parties are so much fun, and you get to connect with everyone!

Volunteering at gili castle was one of the best experiences in my life !
I had such a great time there, the staff, the managers and the other volunteers, everyone was simply so warm and kind.
If you want to have a mix between work, fun and party, gili castle is the perfect place !
I strongly recommend this place and thanks again to the castle family for those beautiful memories 🫶🏻

Gili Castle is great if you are a party animal!
being there was beautiful but also demanding in terms of hours, i appreciated the work of Jess, Elin and Caleb that always tried to keep a mature communication.
the dorm for the reps is great and you can get the both from both worlds staying in broken compass, it’s so chill and nice
the locals working there are great, shout to Rany and Gidi:)

Best experience! Get to meet so many people during your time and work hours are very respectable. Recommend this opportunity to anyone that wants to live the island life for a little while and make so many friends while doing that. Work never feels like work.

Gili Castle was absolutely amazing! From the island itself to the people who work there, everything about it was top-tier. Unfortunately my time there was cut very short due to a severe kidney infection, but they were very understanding and helpful throughout. I hope that I get to return one day and take full advantage of the experience. I would recommend it to anyone who is social, loves meeting great people, and likes to have a good time.
