I really enjoyed this course, Having taken a travel and hospitality course and also worked a a few hotels. I could easily relate to all of this. But this added to my experience for the reasons that I'm gonna be in a strange city where I know nobody at first and I wont know what's around the hotel. So on that end this course is absolutely perfect to prep you for that.

I learned a lot from this course. I have been in Customer Service for years . The most important aspect ; to learn from the host or ( if not available ) from other customer service volunteers
what is expected of me and how it should be implemented.
Listen to other volunteers / learn about what local restaurants and activities I should recommend.
always put the guests needs first not matter how tired I am of repeating the same information.
Rest and always act professional.
