Information was useful however the format was not that compelling as having someone talk for 20 minutes straight to the camera might not be that attractive, maybe some appealling videos as examples would help

Amazing job with the lesson! It truly did make me reflect on things i’m currently going through aswell & giving me a new way to look at life & conflict resolution! only downside was not being in english but subtitles were a great tool to get the
