Very interesting thing that I met today after finishing this course several days ago, is I just met a host total ignoring the importance of communication and the purpose of volunteering willingness to have things pre-aligned.
I am still a bit of shock from it is actually happening and there is such cases!
And even though I enforced I am here to collaborate with my set goals yet she think she is the boss.
And now I realized how important it is for both host and volunteer to learn the academy courses !
Highly recommended this one !

Learning how to listen the right way, how to interpret the way a person talks to you can change the meaning of sentences, relay to how the person feels at that moment and just be logic. Al of this is important to have better relationships in life.
