The Experience
Join our team in the heart of Athens! We’re looking for friendly, responsible volunteers to help welcome guests at reception. No experience needed, we’ll teach you everything. In exchange for 6 hours per day and 2 days off weekly, you get: 🛏️ Free bed in a shared dorm 🍽️ Free meals 🌍 A warm, multicultural environment Perfect for anyone who wants hospitality experience and loves meeting travelers!

My time at the hostel was truly wonderful. The hostel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center and attractions like the Acropolis. The working hours are more than fair, and the work itself is relaxed. It takes a few days to understand the system used at reception, but it's really not too complicated. I met so many great people here and thoroughly enjoyed my time.

My time at the hostel pineapple was truly amazing the people and memories are something that I will always carry with me in my next volunteer opportunities. I want to thank the Host Nontas such a great guy! He truly cares about his volunteers and it shows. He will go above and beyond if you need anything. The work is very fair reception, cleaning tasks, and bar. I have no complaints I'd have to say you have to come experience Athens and volunteer at the hostel pineapple to truly find out it is worth it 100%.

Such a fun place to stay in Athens. The vibe is super social and it's really easy to meet people — whether it's hanging in the common areas or going out together at night. The location is great, close to bars, cafés and nightlife, and the hostel itself is clean and comfortable without feeling boring or stiff. The staff are amazing: friendly, laid-back and always down to help or give good tips. If you're looking for a hostel where you can have a good time, meet cool people and still get a decent night's sleep, this is the spot. Would 100% stay here again and everyone already ♡

My time volunteering at the hostel was a great experience. The location is very good, and I was able to enjoy my days off a lot. Nondas is a great host (I'll miss the souvlakis 🥲). The work itself is quite easy, and over time you get the hang of it. I definitely recommend it! 🙂
