The Experience

Volunteer at our vibrant new hostel near El Tunco, El Salvador! Help with reception, cleaning, event planning, bar service, and pool/garden upkeep. Work 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, with plenty of time to explore the area. We’re looking for an outgoing, friendly, and laid-back person who’s excited to create an amazing experience for our guests. Stay for at least one month and enjoy life in paradise! 🌞🌴

Loved my experience working at the hostel. Was given a good range of task and freedom to be myself and contribute to the opening of the hostel. The team was great and I made some really cool friends and had great experiences with the hostel. The facility shaped up to be really nice and it was cool to be able to swim in the pool and at the beach regularly for my days. The community vibe at the hostel is great

I volunteered at the hostel for two weeks and I recommend it 100%! Ryan and Jimmy, as well as the rest of the volunteers were all very welcoming and friendly, which made the work itself really fun. I started volunteering before the opening of the hostel so the work will be different from now on. However, all of the shifts are pretty pleasant and leave plenty of time to enjoy the beach, meet people and explore the area. Will for sure try my best to go back for some time in the near future:)

The hostel was my first ever volunteering/hostel experience and it couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic being right on the beach and is centered between La Libertad and El Tunco, each town offering a different experience (one more local and the other more touristy). The work was very easy and enjoyable. There were a wide variety of tasks available, allowing me to learn new skills. The best part of the experience was the people. The guys running the hostel have fostered a very friendly and welcoming community of volunteers and guests. I highly recommend the hostel!
