The Experience

Looking to become a community ambassador in paradise? Our place in Phuket is seeking friendly, community-minded individuals for Nov/Dec. Help with events, wellness sessions, guest engagement, content capture, and light admin tasks—all while living steps from the beach. Enjoy dorm accommodation, two meals a day, coworking access, and time to explore Phuket. Minimum stay: 1 month, 2 months preferred.

Working at the hotel was an incredible experience. It's a safe space where you can truly be yourself, no matter who you are. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the food is amazing, and the facilities are fantastic. Sitara, the Experience Manager, is extremely responsible and genuinely cares about maintaining a healthy balance between volunteering and your personal free time.
