The Experience

O objetivo é aprender/praticar um idioma exercitando o olhar e as mãos. Enquanto cozinhamos, limpamos, consertamos e/ou criamos, deixar que as palavras se misturem aos gestos, e o gesto vire linguagem. Um dos meus projetos de vida é aprender Libras para sentir, no corpo e na escuta visual, outros modos de perceber o mundo. Falo um pouco de espanhol e também me interessam o francês e o inglês, para expandir meus recursos de comunicação.

Acompanhei de perto as aulas, e pude observar os processos criativos dos alunos e participar da rotina do espaço, sempre com liberdade para contribuir nas tarefas conforme minha experiência em registro, mídias digitais. A atmosfera da casa, compartilhada com a Maya, uma gatinha encantadora, e a Lupita, uma dog cheia de carisma tornou os dias leves e afetivos. A Liz também me apresentou Barão Geraldo de um jeito único. Pude vivenciar o lado cultural, musical e criativo do bairro, entendendo como é a vida por lá para quem realmente faz parte da comunidade artística local.

As tarefas nascem da conversa, do gesto ou da necessidade do momento, criando um ambiente vivo e acolhedor. a casa é cheio de vida, plantas, madeira, café e boas conversas. Liz esteve sempre atenta ao nosso bem-estar, aberta para ensinar e aprender. Confiou em nós e nos incluiu como parte da casa. Foi um privilégio estar ali.

Luiza fue nuestra primera anfitriona y nos encanto la manera en que nos recibio, siempre abierta al diálogo y a hacer acuerdos donde todos estuvieramos comodos, aprendimos como trabajar la madera con tecnicas japonesas y maderas recicladas, usamos bastantes herramientas en su taller y tambien hicimos algunas actividades extracurriculares, fuimos a bailar zamba conocimos algunos puntos interesantes cerca de la casa de luiza, siempre compartimos la comida y aprendimos la manera en que ella se desarrolla en el dia a dia, lo que permite que se pueda conocer mas a profundidad el modo de vida local
