YLing and Jun were super welcoming, they make you feel straight away like family. The place is amazing, right on the ski trail, perfect for skiing in winter or walking in summer. The volunteers have a lot of responsibility but also we can manage our own shifts so. It's been my favourite experience so far, totally recommend.

I had a really good time and it was definitely a new experience for me. The place was great and the host family was super kind and welcoming, which made everything feel easy and comfortable from the start. Even though I couldn't stay for the full time I originally planned (life happens 😅), I still really enjoyed my time there and It was a positive experience overall All in all, great place, great people around

Jun and Ling were such good hosts, so kind, loving and caring. They always treated us like family and I learned a lot! The location is amazing and the food is delicious. For anybody that wants see the Black Forest, to ski or snowboard, it's great. Since we were the first group of volunteers, they are still managing the shifts and hours so that made the work very hard sometimes because we had too many tasks, long hours and not enough people. I'm sure as time goes by it will be more organized and I recommend the experience. Thank you so much for having me, hope to see you all again <3
