The Experience
How are olives harvested to produce exceptional extra virgin olive oil? You can find out with us! The work is hard, but fun and stimulating. The days will be full, so there will be two days off. You'll sleep in a camper (for two). We host two volunteers at a time; it's best if they know each other. You have access to the kitchen with plenty of food; you can cook your own food in the evenings, but we'll eat breakfast and lunch together.

Val y Maxi son increíbles! Ellos construyeron su casa de una manera alternativa, más sostenible y con la ayuda de un montón de personas. Más que una casa hermosa, tienen una comunidad de amigos. Yo sentí que gané una familia en el proyeto. Ellos sempre ponen el bienestar en primero lugar y quieren que todos se sientan bien y contentos. Aprendí mucho y tuve momentos muy lindos con Val, Maxi y Dani, la otra voluntaria. Espero volver un día. Los quiero mucho y soy muy agradecida por todo lo que hicieron por mí. Un gran beso!

Tuve la enorme fortuna de quedarme con esta hermosa familia durante mi voluntariado, y desde el primer momento me sentí acogida con amor, paciencia y muchísimo cariño. Respetaron siempre mis tiempos y mis espacios, fueron muy pacientes y atentos conmigo, y su forma de abrirme las puertas tanto de su casa como de su corazón hizo que esta experiencia fuera inolvidable. Si estás buscando un lugar donde sentirte en familia, este es el sitio indicado. Posdata: La comida tambien es increibleeee❤️.

Pasar tiempo con Vale y Massi fue una experiencia inolvidable. Su proyecto sustentable, “el proyeto”, es hermoso, inspirador y lleno de amor. Construyen su hogar con sus propias manos, usando materiales naturales, ecológicos y mucho amor. Durante el voluntariado ayudamos en el huerto, sembramos plantas, hicimos limpieza y siempre respetaron nuestro horario de trabajo. Nos cuidaron muchísimo, siempre pendientes de cómo estábamos. Y la comida… ¡en el proyeto se come delicioso! Disfrutamos muchísimo el voluntariado… hasta lloré al despedirme de ellos, Sin duda alguna regresaría.

Fue hermoso estar en el proyeto, Massimiliano y Vale son excelentes anfitriones, todo el tiempo están atentos a nuestras necesidades, siempre preguntando si estamos bien o que nos falte algo, son muy claros con los tiempos y todo lo que se hace, tienen toda la paciencia para explicar los trabajos y el porque de las cosas, son tareas que dejan aprendizaje, estuvimos en una caravana muy cómodas y a gusto! Verdaderamente te hacen sentir en casa y es importante mencionar que su proyecto es muy bueno, vale la pena estar en el proyeto y conocerlo desde cero.
