Hi i m Francesco an agricolture man that decide to live in an countryside called Canneto Sabino immersed in nature surrounded by olives tree . I applied permacolture and practise yoga olistic remedies. I love my land Sabina. I stay near Roma. My style of life is in peace and armony with mother nature.

My experience at Marco's farm was truly amazing. Marco welcomed me with kindness and took the time to explain everything about the farm, not just the tasks, but also the deeper reasons behind what he does. The way he leads everything with such care for the environment and ecological approach are truly inspiring. Each day brought something new to learn and enjoy. In the kitchen Gianpaolo's cooking was excellent, and he taught me so much about cookery. The atmosphere was warm with time for work and fun (our monopoly night still makes me smile). I highly recommend this experience! Thank you :)

The Sabine Retreat, a beautiful out of town property managed by the host Francesco, he is passionate about permaculture, gave many great insights into history of the region and has strong goals to create a equal, friendly and educational environment. I particularly enjoyed learning about all the wild herbs that grow on his property, cooking together and having great conversations around meal times. I only wish I could have changed my flight to extended my stay, as it was such a rewarding experience of Italian culture and conscious living, making positive choices for my health.
