The hostel it was my first volunteer and honestly there's no words to describe how grateful I am to had the opportunity to experienced something like this. Since I arrived I felt so included, I connected so well with the people there and I even made some friends with the guests. the hostel in itself it's really clean and well located, everything it's really near from there, the food it's amazing, the staff they're beautiful people and the manager it's a great leader, thank you for everything guys <3 I know I will be back, see you soon!!! I'm deeply grateful to have crossed paths with the hostel. As my first volunteering experience, I feel it truly set the bar incredibly high. The activities are social, easy to learn and naturally adapt to your personality, making every shift enjoyable. I highly recommend TPH in every way, as a guest or joining as a volunteer. Huge thanks to Tomás, the staff and the housekeeping team for creating such a warm, clean and welcoming space. This experience showed me how important volunteers are in shaping a great hostel stay and how much energy and heart go into making guests feel at home.

My time in the hostel was so much more than I expected! Everyone was super friendly, especially the reception staff with whom I became friends. Thomas was very communicative and considerate when I had certain requests regarding the schedule. There are plenty of social activities, the shifts are fun and barely feel like work and the atmosphere of the hostel is great. The location inside the train station is very unique and convenient because you can get anywhere by foot. I definitely recommend anyone who's staying in Porto to join the hostel team!

My experience at the hostel was fantastic! This was my first experience as a volunteer and I think it will be very hard to beat. The atmosphere among the staff and volunteers is welcoming and friendly, the spaces are beautiful and extremely clean, and the tasks are mostly about socializing: simple and suitable for everyone. I recommend this amazing place to everyone as a first experience, you'll feel like home.

Staying at the hostel was my first volunteering experience, and I was a bit nervous at first. It didn't take long to realize there was nothing to worry about — the staff and other volunteers were super friendly and welcoming from day one. This hostel has a really social atmosphere, is clean and just has great vibes overall. The tasks were easy to learn and pretty chill. I would definitely recommend this experience!
