Sasi and the rest of the team are so nice and really welcomed me! I could even stay a week longer because I had problems with my credit card and everyone took so great the host of me! The work was soo easy, almost a little bit too easy sometimes I felt a little bit guilty because I felt I wasn't really helping…Anyway u habe a lot of free time to explore the surroundings. All in all a very chill and nice experience, thank u so much!

Sasi is a friendly and flexible host who wants to learn about volunteers cultures and have them explore Borneo and have fun. Hours and tasks were kind of up to me, which took me some adjusting to as I'm someone who likes lots of structure, but I enjoyed making promotional videos of the cafe and the host. Accommodation and the town of Tamparuli itself were great, with lots of surrounding nature. I'd recommend this experience. Thank you!

Sasi and his team welcomed me really well! Everyone is so nice there. Tamparuli is a small town surrounded by nature, I would recommend for coming here to know how to drive a scooter. It's so much easier to get around. The taskes are easy to handle. You have a lot of freetime to explore the area. It's a nice place to escape from all the tourists.

I had an amazing time at this project! It was such a unique, off-the-beaten-path experience ✨ Tamparuli is such a charming town, and the people, especially Sashi and the team, were incredibly warm and welcoming. Sashi taught us life-saving tips for medical emergencies—super valuable for travelers (and life in general!). I even got to witness a procedure, which was so interesting! Volunteering here was super flexible, and I had time to explore Sabah, Borneo—a paradise of hidden gems, adventures, and amazing local food. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for this epic experience!! 💚

I truly recommend this volunteer. Sashi and his team are very welcoming. I got to learn from first aid and emergencies I should know about. I could also watch some procedures. I'm so grateful I learnt so much things about medicine and Malaysia. I felt very lucky to discover Sabah more like a local, people are very kind and nature is beautiful. This volunteer was full of great learning, good chats, delicious food and lots of laughs 😎☀️ I will come back for sure in Tamparuli. Thank you so much for sharing this specific and ilportant knowledgg. Thank you for this amazing experience 😍
