Infelizmente, essa foi a pior experiência que tive pela plataforma. Fui aceita rapidamente para uma vaga de marketing, porém ao chegar ao hostel encontrei um cenário totalmente diferente do anunciado. Os proprietários não estavam preparados para receber os voluntários: O hostel tinha muitas pendências de manutenção e limpeza era extremamente precária no dia a dia, com presença constante em sujeira e baratas. Mesmo não sendo minha função, acabei realizando diversas tarefas de limpeza pesada fora do padrão, os donos estavam visivelmente abalados por que passaram por um golpe envolvendo o hostel

Infelizmente minha experiência não foi para nada positiva, digo isso principalmente por ser mulher e estar viajando sozinha. A confirmação no voluntariado foi extremamente rápida, sem muito critério, e o único contato que tive com a dona do hostel, a qual se chama Sandy, foi via WhatsApp. Ao chegar no hostel, o qual fica um tanto afastado, havia somente um homem funcionário/voluntario, com o qual eu iria ficar sozinha, supostamente por 3 dias. Como se não bastasse o hostel estava um caos por estar em reforma.

Como você mesmo falou nossa reforma atrasou , precisávamos de ajuda , E iria chegar mais voluntários .
ser voluntário é uma troca , não férias em questão de voluntariar com homens creio que precise buscar ajuda psicológica e terapia pois todo voluntariado tem meninas e meninos, talvez seja melhor se curar e depois viajar para não sair descontado nos próximos lugares que for.
