My experience was great, I have no complaints.It was my 1st experience and it couldn't have been more positive. I leave very happy.The team is very helpful (thanks Wael y Rocio) which makes the tasks even easier, it's a very peaceful job, managing reservations and codes.I believe that one suggestion is that the hosts assign more dynamic tasks, so the volunteer can integrate and learn more.A helping of food would be nice. If you seek to meet people I recommend other experiences, as this one can be lonely.The private accommodation they give you in the apartment is perfect.

El hotel está situado en una calle muy cerca del mar y fue muy agradable relajarse en el mar y en la piscina. El trabajo fue un poco diferente de lo que esperaba, me hubiera gustado estar más involucrada en la recepción ya que era principalmente lo que estaba escrito, de todos modos fue agotador y poco inclusivo, hablé muy poco con la gente y algunos miembros del personal no alentaron un clima relajante, hubo malentendidos sobre los horarios. El alojamiento es muy tranquilo y la habitación tenía un colchón cómodo, una luz más fuerte hubiera sido perfecta.

Si queres conocer el hotel de Mar, es un buen voluntariado para ese fin. Los voluntarios joaco y jose y los recepcionistas, Rocio y Wael unos divinos. Todos me hicieron sentir muy comoda.

Debo comenzar con que esta fue mi primera experiencia como voluntario y comenzó justo con la inauguración del hotel, por lo que toco aprender muchas cosas junto a todo el team, pero luego de un par de semanas nos pudimos adaptar a todas las tareas que hay que realizar que incluye tareas remotas de otras locaciones, pero en resumen fue un voluntariado muy enriquecedor en conocimientos y experiencias, la ubicación y comodidad del lugar es encantador y terminas siendo uno mas del barrio.

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue muy buena. Cuando llegué, el hotel tenía 2 días funcionando. Todo un desafío porque hubo algunas cosas que no se sabían de antemano como que además de gestionar presencialmente el hotel, se realizan algunas gestiones via remoto a otras propiedades del grupo. Pero todo fue propio del momento de apertura que justo coincidió con agosto, temporada altísima. Las instalaciones son totalmente renovadas y cómodas. Nada que objetar al respecto. En cuanto a los anfitriones, muy humanos y flexibles ante las cosas que planteé para mejorar. Recomiendo totalmente!
