I had an amazing experience volunteering with Ana and António. They made me feel at home from the first day. The work was demanding but so worth it. Seeing the changes we made on the farm and the benefits of those changes was the best reward I could imagine. The food was amazing and the accommodation was comfortable. I'm very happy that I chose this place to volunteer. I already want to go back. 🌳

Where to start describing this magical experience. Already before day one all information was very well communicated, very sincere and open. Arriving at Pico Island with Antonio and Ana felt very welcoming right from the start and throughout the stay. They went out of their way to take care of us, showing us around, have the opportunity to enjoy the island, give a ride if it was possible. Amazed by the delicious dishes each time and providing us everything we needed. Even in case of gear/tools for gardening. I'll miss their warm, considerate and friendly atmoshphere.
