My time in the hotel was short but really nice. Gustavo is a really friendly and relaxed host who showed me around and introduced me to his friends. He respects the hours and you can workout a fittig workig schedule for you. He always made sure that I feel good and also helped me to discover the surroundings. the hotel is really beautiful and in your free time there is alot to do, for example snorkeling with really colorful fishes. Im going to miss it.

Me sentí como en familia Gustavo es una persona amable empática sabe Delegar funciones siempre está atento a las necesidades que se presenten. Conocí mucho de la cultura de la región, así como de cultura general, una persona muy agradable para conversar y aprender. el hotel es espacio para trabajar ameno agradable., donde el voluntario es valorado y respetado, lo hace sentir a uno siempre como en casa.

La experiencia en el hotel ha sido increíble. Gustavo es un excelente anfitrión: desde el primer día me hizo sentir bienvenida, incluso fue a recogerme a Santa Marta para llevarme hasta el hotel, un detalle que demuestra su amabilidad y disposición. Aunque tiene varios negocios, en cuanto tiene un momento libre te hace sentir acogida y te brinda valiosos consejos sobre los lugares más bonitos para visitar. Siempre está dispuesto a ayudar y colaborar con los demás, lo que hace que la estancia en el hotel sea aún más especial.

Mi estancia en el hotel fue de aprendisaje, durante mi estadia falto un poco de organizacíon y comunicación en cuanto horários y manejo . las tareas son mayormente de limpieza . Gustavo está aprendiendo a manejar el tema de voluntariado ,pero el tiene buena onda ,es una persona atenta, amable,que comparte su cultura y está abierta a escuchar y ser un mejor Anfitrión.
