The Experience
Key Responsibilities Welcome & Engage Guests Greet guests at reception and around the property with a warm, friendly attitude. Create Memorable Moments Chat with guests during their stay, offering help, tips, and recommendations for the city, including the best local restaurants, bars, and attractions. Ensure Comfort & Quality Inspect guest rooms regularly to ensure they meet our high standards. Report or follow up on any maintenance issues.
