My experience in Las the hostel was very nice. The town is very quiet and remote, with a beautiful landscape, though a bit inconvenient when it comes to getting around. The volunteer group consists of about 12 people, the working hours were always respected, you have plenty of free time, and there is a lot of flexibility from both the manager and the other volunteers. It was a wonderful experience.🩷

I really enjoyed my time volunteering at the hostel. The village is a peaceful fisherman's town, perfect for relaxing, and the people were amazing—both the other volunteers and Ales, the manager, were super welcoming. The work was fair, the hours respected, and a great perk is the free stays at other the hostel all around the island. The only downside was that the van was broken, making it a bit inconvenient to get around since the nearest bus stop is a 25-minute walk. Overall, I had a great experience and wanted to thank everyone who made this experience so memorable ❤️

Mi experiencia como voluntaria fue muy buena. desde el primer día me senti a gusto, gracias a los otros voluntarios y, sobre todo, a los managers, que siempre estuvieron atentos y organizaban todo de manera clara. Compartimos muchos momentos juntos dentro y fuera del hostal, lo que hizo que ek tiempo allí fuera muy especial. El hostal esta en un lugar muy lindo, con vista al mar. Es un ambiente muy tranquilo, perfecto para desconectar y conocer gente nueva. El trabajo es simple y los horarios se respetan, así que hay bastante tiempo libre para disfrutar del lugar y de la isla.

Lo primero es que todavía sigo en el voluntariado😊 y debo de decir que es una gran experiencia, es un hoste bastante grande por lo cual tengo la oportunidad de conectar con mucha gente increíble. El equipo de voluntarios es de 12-14 personas por lo cual hay mucho apoyo y flexibilidad. La manager Camila es una verdadera líder, se preocupa por el comfort de los voluntarios y te da mucha libertad a la hora si quieres organizar alguna actividad en el hostel. El hostel está situado al lado del océano, te sientes rodeado de la naturaleza y cada mañana puedes contemplar el amanecer.💚

Es nuestra segunda oportunidad de voluntariado en éste hostel y ha sido de nuevo una experiencia única. No nos equivocamos en volver, reencontrarnos con viejos amigos y hacer otros nuevos. El lugar una maravilla, despertarse todos los días frente al mar a sólo unos metros y con el amanecer no tiene explicación. Y la experiencia enriquecedora, seguir aprendiendo idiomas, y otras habilidades relacionadas con el turismo y el trabajo en equipo.
