As a first-time volunteer teacher, I was welcomed with a hospitality that made me feel part of the family, school and community. I was touched by the students energy and eagerness to learn. I love how the staff and teachers share their stories. The joy of playing with Shusil's kids and nephew, sharing conversation between his family, whom I loove the most. Beyond the lessons, I experienced so much from life and their culture. Lok Priya isn't just a place to me anymore, its a memory I'll carry with me.
