Fiz voluntariado no hostel, em Puerto Natales, e a experiência foi exatamente como combinado desde o início. Eu já tinha uma expectativa muito boa , mas fui surpreendido positivamente pelo nível de organização do hostel. A Giannina tem um cuidado impressionante com todos os detalhes: limpeza, organização e até o cheiro das instalações. Tudo funciona de forma clara, estruturada e consistente, o que torna o dia a dia do voluntariado muito mais leve e prazeroso.
