En general, la experiencia está bien, todo depende de cuanto quieres trabajar y hay que aclarar las cosas antes.primero mediante worldpackers nadie nos comento acerca del voluntariado, nosotros teníamos que preguntar en el chat. Tampoco cuando llegamos, nos pusieron a trabajar pero nadie nos explico nada acerca de rutina, comidas.Nunca se aclaro que tienen varios deptos en el anfitrión, por lo tanto cuando toca limpieza, hay que limpiar esos tamb. Nos movieron de la habitación asignada dos veces, a otros lugar, avisandonos en el dia. Y tamb les molesto que preguntaramos cosas en el chat.

Hola Camila, el primer día se os entrego un documento con los horarios y funciones. Las comidas están indicadas en la propuesta de Wordpackers. Quizá no la leíste. Nuestro personal siempre se ha preocupado por vuestro bienestar. He de comunicaros que vuestra actitud con los huéspedes durante vuestra estancia no fue nada agradable recibiendo quejas por parte de ellos. L cual fue nada colaborativa. Incluso adelantasteis el viaje sin previo aviso y ya desde el primer día queríais cambiar.

El hostel en Martos es cómodo y las instalaciones están bien, pero la experiencia no fue del todo positiva, al principio hubo cierta desorganización, ya que no quedó claro quién estaba a cargo ni cómo funcionaban los horarios. Además, la encargada mostró poca paciencia y amabilidad, tampoco se brindan guantes para limpiar los baños, algo poco higiénico. Con más comunicación y cuidado, podría ser un voluntariado mucho más enriquecedor.

Basado en la falta de respeto y profesionalismo hacia el personal , la resistencia a acatar instrucciones, el incumplimiento de las funciones y el abandono no notificado del puesto, no podemos recomendar a Rodrigo para roles de voluntariado o cualquier posición que exija fiabilidad, respeto por la autoridad y la capacidad de separar las dinámicas personales de las responsabilidades profesionales.
La organización concluye que el respeto hacia la persona a cargo es un requisito fundamental.
