La cuota se destinará a fianza para cubrir los posibles daños, descuidos o gastos de consumo energético que se salgan de lo habitual por uso desmedido o irresponsable. Se devolverá al fin del acuerdo de intercambio, en cuanto el visitante abandone la propiedad.
