The Experience

Imagine waking up right in front of the ocean, with one of Peru’s most legendary surf spots at your doorstep — Cerro Azul, even mentioned in the Beach Boys’ song Surfin’ Safari 🌊🎶. We’re a family looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us finish building our sustainable beach house, take care of our garden, and keep the space cozy and organized.

My time at the home Azul's the home/Casa Clara was incredible. The family is the best and funniest family in the world and you instantly feel at home. You will have alot of converstations and they are very patient and help you if your spanish is not that well jet. The hours are really respected and you can figure out a schedule together if you want to explore the surroundings. The place is perfect if you would like to learn how to surf and aswell if you are already advanced. Thank you for this unforgettable experience! I am going to miss all of you❤️

Difficile de mettre en mot notre vécu.. on a été accueillie dans une famille bienveillante et chaleureuse avec des projets plein la tête. Rapidement on s'est senti comme un membre de la famille. Le lieu parfait pour améliorer son espagnol, et en apprendre plus sur la culture péruvienne, surfer, chiller, être aimé et participer à un super projet. On voyage en couple avec notre chienne et le lieu est 100% adapté pour elle. Les taches sont variées et le desayuno avec les tortas de mamita ! Notre famille peruvienne ! On part le cœur rempli et on reviendra sur notre retour. 💜💜💜
