Receptionist at our beautiful homestay
The experience
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Ha Giang Loop Legends Homestay. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and assisting guests throughout their stay. Additionally, the receptionist will handle inquiries related to our homestay and tour services, ensure daily stock management.

Party Promoter:
Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Shared Dorm:

Requirements
Fluent English
Between 20 and 35 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
Be from outside Vietnam
European Union Passport
United States visa or citizenship
Travel insurance

Program Details
- Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in procedures, and provide necessary tour and homestay information.
- Manage check-out process efficiently to ensure smooth guest departure.
- Answer inquiries and provide information related to the homestay, local tours, and activities.
- Instruct and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner during their stay.
- Monitor and manage stock levels daily, including checking inventory in and out.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Record guest details and reservations accurately.
- Address and resolve guest queries or issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
- Support daily operational tasks to ensure guest satisfaction.
Activities & Shift
6 hours of working / day (with 1 hour of break)
Rules
Prior experience in customer service or reception is preferred.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Good communication skills in English; Dutch, German or Spanish language skills are a plus.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.
