Work here was quite easy, basically change bed linens and cleaning rooms and bathrooms, as and when there are checked out guests. (Not even everyday) One time I helped bar to wash glasses, clean tables and waitressing. That night there was a band from Canada playing at the venue and it was quite fun! Paul, Jacob, Tomo and all bartenders and staff are very nice and welcoming. I had plenty of time to explore Kobe during my free time, and it was great to see my home country as a "tourist". Thank you for having me!

I just worked at the host for three weeks, and it has been an absolute blast. Paul, Tomo and Jacob are such inspiring, friendly and welcoming hosts. They quickly made sure to introduce us to the rest of the amazing team at the bar. The work tasks are simple and easy. You choose your own schedule. This means you have a lot of freedom to explore Kobe and the surrounding area. The community at the host is very special and dear to me, and I will cherish the moments I spent there. Everyone is so kind, and you will meet so many wonderful new friends. Will definitely return again! Thank you, the host!

Had an amazing time at the host :) Everyone has been very kind and hospitable making our time at Kobe feel almost like home ;) Location is perfect both if you want to be where the action happens or if you want to go on day trips and little excursions! Tasks are fairly easy and manageable and they can be varied, so you won't get bored. Overall it has been a great experience and I'm definitely planning on going back to Kobe to visit the host family again 😊

I had a fantastic time working at the host in Kobe, Paul, Doren, Jacob and everyone else have been so welcoming and fantastic during my entire stay here! I especially liked all the different projects I got to take part in and organise, It was really fun and rewarding every day. The work is hours are mostly self organised so if you are the type of person who enjoys setting your own schedule then this is the place to be! I would highly recommend this position to anyone considering it and personally would love the opportunity to come back myself. Thank you, I'll be back soon!! Fred

Staying at the host was an unforgettable experience. This place has a strong community spirit and a unique atmosphere that makes you feel part of something special right away. It was amazing to meet people from all over the world, share stories, and build connections I'll carry with me forever. The entire staff is phenomenal and always friendly, and Paul, the host, is truly kind and inspiring. I highly reccomend this place, the host is not just a place to stay, but a real international family, where you feel supported, and surrounded by positive energy every single day. Thank you the host.
