Volunteering here was a nice and chill experience. Fabricio is very welcoming and friendly, as well as other staff at hostel. The work was easy and I had a good time meeting other travelers. The work schedule was nice too, and I had plenty of free time to explore SCZ and work on my other projects. Highly recommend this hostel if you want to stay in SCZ.

El hostal es administrado por personas muy calidas y amables, que intentan hacer sentir comodos tanto a los huespedes como a los trabajadores y voluntarios. Las habitaciones son comodas, tienen lockers y aire acondicionado, y se preocupan porque todo el sitio este en orden y aseado. Lo unico a tener en cuenta es que si bien el hostal esta dentro del primer anillo, queda al lado de un mercado, razón por la cual el barrio es bastante solitario en la noche, pero a unas cuadra queda una calle principal por la cual se puede circular sin incoveniente.

Minha primeira experiência de voluntariado na Bolívia foi incrível! Fiquei 3 semanas em Santa Cruz de la Sierra, ajudando na recepção e, ocasionalmente, na limpeza do hostel. O ambiente era acolhedor, e Rafael foi super gente boa — sempre disposto a ajudar e tornar a estadia mais leve. Conheci viajantes de vários cantos também. Recomendo muito para quem busca mergulhar na vibe local! 💫

NO RECOMIENDO EL LUGAR. Las calles son sucias , huelen mal y de noche es peligroso . Me tuve que ir antes por qué no me sentía cómoda, pedí al encargado si podía comprar cinta con marcador para que haya orden en el frigider y se lo tomo a mal ... Como si le faltará el respeto o dándole una orden ....En el frigider habían cosas en mal estado y sin higiene alguna seguían almacenando cosas . Considero que en un voluntariado es para expresarse y intercambiar ideas .Sinceramente no es un lugar que pueda recibir voluntarios , solo buscan gente a la cual no pagar.
