The Experience

We are a friendly hostel located on the beautiful island of Koh Phangan, Thailand, and we’re looking for volunteers with mechanical skills to join our team. If you have knowledge or experience in boat or car repairs—or general fixing and maintenance—we’d love your help! Tasks may include repairing our boat, doing small fixes on vehicles, and assisting with occasional maintenance work around the hostel.

I spent a really great time at the hostel! The tasks are simple, I could practice my english and I had a lot of free time to explore the island! Just remember during the Full Moon Party it is busy, but I had a lot of fun doing my job as well :) I highly recommend

I had a great time volunteering at the nomad house! If you're looking for a fun and social place to volunteer and also a good opportunity to explore koh phangan this is the place for it! The working hours are good and flexible so you're gonna have a lot of time to yourself and friends. The work is not very hard but also quite fun. During full moon it's getting busy and more of a party hostel, but during the rest of the month is really chill and fun I had a great time there and if I'll ever come back to koh phangan I'll return there! Even as a guest

We had the most fun volunteering 2 weeks at the hostel. All the staff is nice and the manager is very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere in the hostel is amazing! Also, the job is pretty easy and the schedules are respected (and flexible). It's the best way to experience this beautiful island with time. We really recommend it!

It was my first volunteer experience, and I had such an amazing time at Nomade House. Along the way, I've met so many amazing people, both other volunteers and guests. We had plenty of free time to enjoy the beauty of the island and the parties. It was a great start, and I want to thank everyone for making this memorable for me, especially Fang, the manager, for being so nice, easygoing and understanding with our own projects. The work is very chill and during the shifts, you also have lots of fun chatting and interacting with people around. I highly recommend it!
