I had a horrible experience. I got there and was asked to wait for the supervisor that did not respond to texts and did not respond till next day. They showed me the volunteer staff dorm which had more than 20 beds. I was on the top bunk of a triple bunk with a broken ladder. The room was dirty with stuff everywhere and roaches. People were in and out of the room all hours of the night. To top it off a picture of my passport was sent to all the volunteers without removing any of my private information. The yoga equipment was old and dirty. Left within 24 hrs. Do not recommend

My stay at the hostel was MARAVILHOSO!! The people are lovely, the hostel is nice and spacious, and situated close to lots of pubs, clubs, restaurants and beaches! The work is chill and fair, giving you a lot of spare time to go to the beach, go out at night or just hang out with the other volunteers and guests at the hostel! I'd recommend everyone to go!! Also, the owners are super nice and always trying to make you fell at home!! Adorei meu tempo com vocês no the hostel e vou com certeza voltar para visitar vocês um dia. Talvez para tomar algumas caipiras e ir no um pagode!! Beijooos!

Volunteering at SeaWolf was an absolute joy! Louisa (host) was very understanding and accommodating. The work is light and the rest of the staff is helpful, and willing to pitch in whenever needed. The accommodation was very clean and organized, SeaWolf is probably the cleanest hostel I've ever seen! The nearby town of Lagoa has plenty to do, with incredible hikes and overall solid public transportation. Make sure to cash in on those free surf lessons SeaWolf offers while you're there!

Esta experiencia fue maravillosa, me conecté con personas de todas partes de Brasil, Italia, Argentina y Chile, en mi caso la conexión fue mejor con las mujeres ya que aceptaron mi forma de expresarme queer, y me hicieron sentir comodo. Los hombres por otro lado son muy cerrados, mas que nada los brasileños, hubo pequeñas situaciones de homofobia pero de manera indirecta pero creo que deje una huella para que conozcan otras formas de expresarme. Por otra parte el trabajo fue tranquilo y estuve comodo en las instalaciones del hostel. Gracias Zair por confiar en mi y brindarte esta oportinidad
