We are looking for a self-starter & fun ambassador to Volunteer in our vibrant city of Bologna! We just started this new hostel! Your mean task? Spread the Ostello Bello vibe and let our guests have the best experience :) Are you a sociable, dynamic, traveler, dreamer, cheerful, helper, and optimistic person? This is the right place for you! Volunteering at the hostel has been an incredible experience. I had so much fun volunteering and grew a lot as a person. It's a great feeling to be able to belong to the hostel family and work together as a team! The tasks of the volunteers are easy and fun. Communication is clear and there is so much love and respect in this place. I really cherish my time here and feel very lucky to have been a part of the magic that happens there! I highly recommend this experience, especially to those who are extroverted and love to live with others and in a community. Thank you so much!

This was hands down the best volunteer experience I've had! The hostel is amazing, with the kindest staff, and the tasks are fun, varied and easy. Your shift is never more than 4 hours per day and you can easily change shift with the other volunteers if you need to, plus you have 2 free days every week. I already miss it and if I ever get the chance I would definitely come back to the hostel!😍

Volunteering at the hostel was a fantastic experience! The night shift is very fun and the morning one is easy and calm. The team is so nice and the facilities are great. It really helped me have fun, connect with guests, and improve my skills as an event host. My fellow volunteers were also wonderful. I consider myself lucky to have worked here and I would definitely come back if I had the chance!

The hostel was a brilliant place to volunteer! The team is like a family and I felt welcome from my first day. The tasks are easy and fun. Larissa is a great manager and tried to accomodate any roster requests. Also the hostel is new and has great facilities. I couldn't recommend it more :)

Our experience at the hostel was truly wonderful, it couldn't have been better! From the very first moment, we were welcomed with big smiles and such genuine kindness. Volunteering as party promoters was super fun and rewarding, the staff is amazing, the schedule is fair, and the atmosphere is full of positive energy. The hostel is cozy, clean, and perfectly located to explore the hostel, a city full of charm, history, and delicious food. We're so grateful for this experience, it truly felt like being part of a family ❤️
