We are looking for a self-starter & fun ambassador to Volunteer in our vibrant city of Bologna! We just started this new hostel! Your mean task? Spread the Ostello Bello vibe and let our guests have the best experience :) Are you a sociable, dynamic, traveler, dreamer, cheerful, helper, and optimistic person? This is the right place for you! During the call, we explain to you all the activities you'll be in charge of. Can't wait to know you!

Volunteering at the hostel was a fantastic experience! The night shift is very fun and the morning one is easy and calm. The team is so nice and the facilities are great. It really helped me have fun, connect with guests, and improve my skills as an event host. My fellow volunteers were also wonderful. I consider myself lucky to have worked here and I would definitely come back if I had the chance!

The hostel was a brilliant place to volunteer! The team is like a family and I felt welcome from my first day. The tasks are easy and fun. Larissa is a great manager and tried to accomodate any roster requests. Also the hostel is new and has great facilities. I couldn't recommend it more :)

Our experience at the hostel was truly wonderful, it couldn't have been better! From the very first moment, we were welcomed with big smiles and such genuine kindness. Volunteering as party promoters was super fun and rewarding, the staff is amazing, the schedule is fair, and the atmosphere is full of positive energy. The hostel is cozy, clean, and perfectly located to explore the hostel, a city full of charm, history, and delicious food. We're so grateful for this experience, it truly felt like being part of a family ❤️

I loved working and staying at the hostel! The hostel is beautiful, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. I felt very lucky to get to know the amazing team and be part of the OB family. The tasks were easy and mostly about socializing with guests. We also had lots of creative freedom to organize events, which made working so much fun! The hostel offers great perks for volunteers, like free breakfast, food to cook dinner, and drinks at the bar. I had an amazing time discovering the hostel and wish I could've stayed longer! Thank you for the amazing experience, I'll be back!:)

This hostel is gorgeous! Since it's brand new, everything is super clean and fresh. The place is really spacious, with lots of floors and cozy spots to relax and hang out with other travelers. I was honestly surprised by how many extras the hostel offers. Volunteers get access to the breakfast buffet, can use the available food to cook dinner, and even enjoy free drinks! The staff are all incredibly nice and helpful, which makes the atmosphere so welcoming. And as for the hostel—it's truly an underrated gem. I wish I could have stayed longer!
