I loved the hotel so much!! Enas was so kind as well as all the other staff. Rasul and Abdullah among some of the best. The team and the other volunteers all work along each other and there's always good energy. The rooftop is really cute and a great place to hang out. The work was honest, helping around the hotel. Would definitely come back!

It was a great experience. I had a lot fun being there, especially with the staff. The work is easy to do and they don't expect too much and the working hours are flexible. Breakfast and dinner is very delicious. Big thanks to the staff. They are wholesome, sooo nice and welcoming, I had a lot fun working with them. 😁

My experience at the hotel was incredible from the moment I walked through the doors. I immediately felt it would become a home, and it did. The team welcomed me like family, with laughter and warmth, and I felt safe and comfortable all the time. On the other hand, Enas is one of the best people I've met while traveling, I only have words of gratitude for her. I truly recommend living this experience—it's an absolute privilege.

I spent 4 weeks here and truly valued the experience. The supportive team, including mother and dinner chef Donia, breakfast chef Midthak, rooftop master Abdullah, and dedicated members like Hommam, Mohammed (x3), Denash, Anita, and Betty, made the environment welcoming and collaborative. Although there were occasions where I worked more than one shift per day and my days off were sometimes forgotten, and on nights with few dinner guests, dinners were canceled without prior notice requiring me to prepare my own meal, but these challenges were outweighed by the overall positive environment

Mi experiencia fue muy agradable. Hay varios shifts, yo ayudé en los desayunos de 6 a 11 am, principalmente en limpieza y verificación de huéspedes; el trabajo es sencillo. Las instalaciones son cómodas con un increíble rooftop. Todo el staff siempre fue muy amable conmigo y me hicieron sentir bienvenido. Tuve días seguidos de trabajo, pero son flexibles con los descansos y queda tiempo para explorar. El hotel está en una colina; si llegas con maletas, mejor tomar taxi. Si planeas extender tu estancia en Jordania (+30 dias), tramita todo antes en Amán o Áqaba para evitar procesos complicados
