The Experience

We're one of the oldest and most notorious backpacker hostels in Tirana. If you want to see Tirana get weird, come join us to meet crazy people, socialize, work hard, party hard and try to avoid the hangover. We have a variety of hostel tasks like reception, breakfast, bartending and night shift. If you have one you prefer, let us know, but we'll probably end up asking you to do multiple jobs throughout the week. Only apply if you're cool! NBNP

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! 🥹❤️❤️ Stayed 3 weeks doing social media and it was amazing. The people were SO nice! Wes was an incredible leader. The place was so cozy. Had a lovely time, the chill zone hostel felt like a share house more than a hostel, it was really calm, but whenever you wanted to you could go to the busier party hostels 5 mins away. Relaxed atmosphere!

Trip'n Hostel will feel like home the moment you step into it. All the crew and management are so kind and fun. You couldn't wish for a better boss than Arthur and Angel. It's such a nice vibe and environment you'll never feel uneasy and for the rough days you'll always have a cat to cuddle. It really doesn't feel like a burden but a community instead. And the pub-crawls and activities are always so fun. Much love to everyone and can't wait for the next we meet again!

Volunteering at ChillZone is extremely comfortable, even more for who needs to work online. The tasks are flexible, the accommodation is cozy, the place is full of travelers to talk to, the breakfasts are incredible and the coworking space is amazing. Wes is very attentive and fun.
