Recomendo vivamente este voluntariado a todos os amantes de café curiosos em compreender como ele é produzido. Felipe e Gabi, dois mineiros jovens, empenhados e superdivertidos, me mostraram vários aspetos do seu trabalho: o cultivo do café, a torrefação, a embalagem e a horta ecológica. Pude visitar a fábrica de torrefação e conhecer muitos membros da cadeia de produção do café! Trabalhamos pela manhã e no início da tarde, depois aproveitamos o resto do tempo para relaxar, conversar, brincar com a cachorrinha Maria e visitar as cachoeiras da região. Inesquecível!! :D
