The Experience

We have a beautiful off grid home surrounded by gardens that have been let go a bit wild. We require some help to get these back in shape - it will involve weeding and some pruning, and some lawn mowing.

I had an amazing time with Anna and Mikaela. They were really welcoming and I loved their home. The hours were really flexible, sometimes more work other times less. We were doing stuff together in the garden, tasks mostly involved weeding, mulching, watering and mowing the lawn. We cooked together in the evenings and had good talks over tea. The only thing you have to remember is that there is only an outside shower and you have to be really aware of your power and water usage. Thanks for letting me stay with you, would love to visit you again once day:)

I had a great experience in the home, it was as I expected, a place to connect with nature, which I really loved. Anna's hospitality makes you feel welcome and at home. The work at the garden where a little high maintenance but it was easy once you get a hang of it, and also with Anna's help was much easier. I really hope the veggies turn out great!

Staying with Anna was such a lovely experience! We did lots of fun things together, and I really enjoyed helping her in the garden. I also got the chance to cook and bake, which I loved. It was so much fun and I felt very welcome – thank you, Anna! I would love to join your company again.
