This was my first volunteering experience and it was very relaxed. The 5 hours of work per day depend on how many guests are staying at the hostel — meaning how many rooms need to be cleaned or organized — but in any case, it never goes beyond 5 hours. Work usually starts around 10 or 11 a.m., so there's plenty of free time in the afternoon to explore or do your own thing. I didn't have much interaction with the hostel managers, apart from 2 or 3 short encounters, but Cris is super welcoming and has a great vibe. Tuve una maravillosa experiencia en este hostal. Las instalaciones son acogedoras y limpias, y el ambiente es muy amigable. Los anfitriones son amables y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar, lo que realmente hizo que mi estancia fuera especial. Sin embargo, creo que establecer un horario semanal podría mejorar aún más la experiencia, ya que ayudaría a evitar confusiones sobre las horas acordadas.
