Fiorella and her parents were simply amazing. I had the best experience on Isabela! They were welcoming and informative, were flexible with working if I had tours or activities I wanted to do and all around great hosts. Fiorella herself is the kindest person, and I spent time with her friends on the island too and that was so great. The work was either morning or afternoon giving plenty of free time, and the hostel is incredibly sweet. The other travellers are lovely, could not have been better. They made my experience on the hostel. Thank you so much 💖💖

The opportunity to volunteer on Isabella is a once in a lifetime experience and this was the only hostel in the hostel where I found a social environment and people to meet. Fiorella is lovely and so much fun to work with as well as a great friend to hang out with and guide for the island. Her parents are sweet and working with them was easy. The job was simple, either painting walls or helping in the bar (4 hrs per day) and I got to meet lots of cool people and had loads of time to explore the island and see the amazing creatures of the hostel! Would recommend :) gracias!

The place is amazing. The bar of the hostel is right on the Beach and you can enjoy an amazing view from there. during my stay there weren't so many people so my main duties were helping with some painting and other little things at the bar. Fiorella was super clear with the hours and made sure that everything was ok during my stay. The room I had was large and comfortable.

My experience here was great! For work, I mostly helped paint the building. Timing was flexible depending on when I wanted to do my tours. Fiorella was a great host! She was very friendly and helped me with my plans on the island. Also, loved Isabela! Overall, great place to be :)

I liked working at the hostel. The tasks were clear, and Miguel made sure I got off when I had worked for four hours. He also easily changed the working hours from daytime to eveningtime or the other way around, according to when I had a tour or wanted to explore the island. Also the first night Miguel was so kind to show me around. I would recommend this work because it is perfect for combining working with exploring.
