We’re looking for a reliable and tech-savvy person to take full ownership of our online operations — from handling bookings to guest communication and backend coordination.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

Your Main Responsibilities:
- Manage emails & guest inquiries (HostelWorld, website, WhatsApp, email, instagram)
- Keep all booking platforms updated & synced
- Pre-arrival support and communication with guests
- Respond to reviews and follow up for feedback
- Keep surf package and website info updated
- Coordinate online with the on-site team

Activities & Shift

Daily Shift: 5 hours/day (flexible between 9am–8pm)

- Check and respond to emails, WhatsApp, and Instagram DMs
- Manage new bookings and update availability (HostelWorld, Booking, website calendar)
- Confirm guest arrivals and send welcome messages with arrival details
- Update room/bed allocation
- Monitor online reviews and respond
- Update surf package details and availability if needed
- Coordinate with on-site team to ensure smooth guest check-ins/check-outs

*Flexibility is key. We’re a surfhouse — some days are busy, others are chill.
Ideal for someone who enjoys independent work and clear systems*

- You are expected to be reachable during your shift.
