The Experience

We are looking for English speakers to help our students to learn English basic conversation and verbal communication. Volunteers will interact with students alone while the local teacher will be with you in the classroom in case you need any assistance. Prior teaching experience is a plus! This is a great opportunity for you to learn about Thai culture and language!

This was one of the best experiences, that i highly recommend! Phayao is an amazing city to be a volunteer in. The city was calm and the locals were extremely friendly. The house we stayed in was so nice and clean. Pi tipawan was an awesome host and u could really tell that she cared about us volunteers.They invited us to dinners, bought us food, snacks and gifts. They were caring and welcoming from the start.Everyone at the the school was lovely and the teaching was so fun. The kids were adorable. Hani is an amazing host and the work he does is great and really inspires. So i deff recommend!

I just finished volunteering at the Chiamniam the the school and these past two weeks were such an amazing experience! Everything was very well arranged and everyone was so welcoming making sure I had a great stay. The teachers were so nice and always ready to help me. The kids were so lovely, they were playful and always in for a little chat. I have definitely learned a lot from them. The meals that we got were delicious and the accommodation was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this experience to everyone who is thinking of doing it!

I taught English for two weeks and it was absolutely amazing. Everything was really well organized, so I felt comfortable from the start. The accommodation was really nice and had everything you need. Everyone was super kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. The kids were really sweet, full of energy, loved to play and have conversations with me. They were excited to learn and made every lesson fun. Teaching them was such an amazing experience. I'm really thankful for this opportunity and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to teach abroad.

I spent three weeks volunteering at the the school and the experience exceeded my expectations! The work at the the school was amazing- the children are kind and so lovely, the timetable was structured and I always knew where I had to be/what I was doing. The teachers were friendly and always available to help. The accommodation was comfortable with a private bathroom, TV, fridge, microwave and kettle. There was a motorbike available to use during the stay. Three delicious meals a day were provided. I would love to return at some point and highly recommend this experience to others :)

This was my 5th the school with PEFF and I've loved all of them. This the school is central but surrounded by nature. We were here for Loy Krathong. the the school celebrated and the city lakeside was busy with markets and parades at night. The work is structured but easy. The kids are bursting with energy and love to play during breaks. 3 authentic Thai meals are cooked fresh every day and portions are huge. The accommodation was so homely, with all private space, situated 30 second's walk from the market and temple. Hani is very relaxed and helpful to talk to for any questions/reservations. Have fun!
