This experience was really amazing! The team was super friendly and helpful and the location and city is beautiful! Everything is in Portuguese so it's better if you understand it but you can still have fun without speaking it! There were many conferences and activities around sustainability and I honestly learned a lot! You don't have much time to visit the city during the festival (it's all day) so it's nice to have a few extra days.

I really enjoyed this sunny experience, being a part of making the festival happen, bloom into reality and see how everyone's enjoying. This event was my first experience as a volunteer and I actually enjoyed it a lot. João and his work team are great leaders and are always willing to help. I learned, I met new people and now I have good memories with all those who were part of the event.

This experience was really cool. There were sustainable vendors, wellness classes, workshops, and presentations on various sustainability initiatives. It was great to be a part of such a big sustainability event. I think someone who can understand or speak Portuguese would get more out of the experience, but overall I felt welcomed and any miscommunication was addressed and resolved. Would recommend this event and the host to anyone interested in sustainability.
