The Experience

At this QBee spot, things flow best when everyone quietly contributes — keeping calm, sharing stories, or helping with small tasks. It’s a small, soulful place where presence matters more than perfection. Expect slow mornings, shared meals, local faces, and moments that stay with you. Once a week, we go on a crazy island adventure — a mix of feeding programs, coastal cleanups, and real culture encounters.

My experience with the home Hostel was nice; I really enjoyed it. I had the opportunity to live like a local and learn more about Philippine culture. Josh is very friendly, and I felt comfortable all the time. The job is very easy, and Josh is very flexible. Most of the time I didn't even feel like I was working , I felt the home was my home! Thanks for everything! I loved this experience, but for me the best part was having the opportunity to visit the island and share my time with the kids. I will never forget that day!

I had a great time at Q-Bee! It's pretty chill there. Location is great, lots of great markets and street foods nearby, good prices! Accommodations are nice. Clean, good AC, beds are comfy with privacy curtains Free food. Breakfast and dinner. Good quality And the work itself is very laid back, not stressful or demanding at all. Everyone is friendly, you'll meet lots of locals and foreign travellers. Bring an umbrella and an open mind :)

It was a good experience overall! I had a lot of fun! Especially the first few nights were exceptionally fun- lots of city tours, karaoke and good food. The work was as described and very easy going! I made a few good friends and the team at the hostel was mostly very nice. There was definitely a small problem with some cleanliness in some parts, especially the kitchen, but the room I stayed in itself was fine. It might be part of the charm of the place but I just wanted to put it out there for other people to know.
