The Experience

You will be assigned as the bartender at the bar attached to our hotel. Rather than a quiet, sophisticated bar for adults, the atmosphere here is more lively, with people of various nationalities gathering together. Guests enjoy chatting, playing games, and getting to know each other. Friendly and engaging customer service is essential for this role.

  • Intermediate English or Beginner Japanese
  • Between 18 and 40 years old
  • Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
  • Be from outside Japan

Working here was such a great experience. I met a ton of people, made new friends, and got to see so much of Tokyo! The weekend work was great because it allowed me to da ton of stuff during the week. Yuya was also a super flexible and kind manager and made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there. I hope I can come back next year :)
