A the host não tem este nome por acaso. Há um comprometimento verdadeiro em trazer divindades ao paladar, e o cardápio da Ananya (sob o comando da chef Dayse) só não é patrimônio histórico de Olinda porque ainda não passou tempo suficiente - porque é parada obrigatória para quem visita Olinda! O restaurante e o hostel se mesclam numa coisa só, comandadas pelo coração da Anânya, e meu tempo lá foi tão bom que resolvi estender meu voluntariado e ficar mais! A bike itau é do lado, então recomendo assinarem o plano no primeiro dia. Pedalei por Olinda e Recife numa liberdade indomável.
