Precisamos de alguém alegre e sorridente para nos ajudar a receber nossos hospedes tanto na recepção quanto no cafe da manha. Somos um hostel familiar onde os proprietários são muito receptivos. Precisamos de pessoas auto gerenciáveis, bem humoradas, educadas, comunicativas, com alguma experiência de viagem e que gostem de interagir. Necessário algum conhecimentos em sistemas de reservas e experiência em recepção.

I am absolutely in love with this place. The hosts (Livia and Paulo) are very friendly, and open minded. The whole team welcomed me with open arms, and here it felt like home. Everybody tried to make my stay here more enjoyable. I was able to meet locals, do all the tours at the hostel, such as: snorkeling, quadricycle, canoeing, trails. I also had the opportunity to meet travelers from all over the world, practicing my Spanish, and mostly English, travel to near beaches such as Arembepe, Santo Antônio, Imbassaí, Massarandupió, and even the capital of the state of Bahia, Salvador.

Terminei o meu primeiro voluntariado aqui e amei. Desde quando cheguei foi tudo ótimo, a equipe é bem receptiva e o trabalho é bem organizado. O hostel é um lugar incrível pra se conectar com pessoas de vários lugares, sejam eles hóspedes ou funcionários. o hostel também é segura e maravilhosa, a natureza lá é lindíssima. A minha experiência no hostel foi muito boa. Fiquei na recepção e também tive a oportunidade de ajudar no café da manhã. Me senti muito bem acolhida por toda a equipe. As atividades sempre foram muito tranquilas, os horários respeitados e sempre combinados com antecedência. Inclusive, o hostel é muito bem localizado, ficando perto de vários picos de surfe. Por conta disso, tive a possibilidade de surfar todos os dias :) Recomendo muito esse voluntariado e agradeço ao Paulo e à Lívia pela experiência!

O hostel é uma casa! Fui a primeira vez em 2023 e me senti tão bem, confortável, segura e fiz amigos incríveis que decidi voltar esse ano como voluntária. Quase não deu certo, mas era pra ser rsrs 🥰 Paulo e Livia são pessoas do bem, alto astral e que sabem receber tanto voluntários como os hóspedes, realmente fazem um belo trabalho, porquê gostam do que fazem. Quanto ao voluntário, horários foram sempre combinados antes, enviados com antecedência conforme escala, sempre respeitados, a equipe é solícita, aberta e muito divertida, com certeza aprendi muito com todos!
