I loved staying at the guest house. Howard is fun and kind, and it was such a great opportunity to make friends and be surrounded by likeminded people. I would have happily stayed for a long time, but it was just the beginning of my travels.

My experience volunteering at the guest house was amazing. The hostel is very social, there are many activities going on and you have the chance to interact with all the guest. The tasks are properly explained, the shifts are easy and the overall vibe is very good and friendly. I definitely recommend this place💯

Staying at the guest house is fantastic. I really enjoyed my 2 weeks here. Howard and his family are very welcoming and the work you do at the hostel is very simple and easy. I recommend volunteering here :)

Volunteering at the guest house was truly amazing. Howard runs one of the friendliest, most welcoming hostels I've ever visited. The tasks are never too much and the hours are arranged so you can explore the beautiful city in your free time. Also, you get to interact with people from all over the world. Oh, and you have a private room, which is such a cool perk. I feel so fortunate I got to be a part of this beautiful project and I wish Howard and his family all the best. can't wait to come back one day.

Howard is super kind and welcoming! The work is super simple and easy, we volunteers figured out our own schedule which was nice. Howard is really flexible so I've been able to volunteer longer than originally planned and plan to volunteer here again :)

Ive met great people, fantastic volunteer team, the owner besides being friendly ans kind hes also a supportive partner. Easy tasks, volunteers can use bikes and theres plenty of time to explore the town

I had the best time at the guest house and I can't thank Howard enough. It was my first time in a role like this one and wasn't sure what to expect but it was so fun. I learnt new things and got to meet so many people, making long lasting friendships with some of the other volunteers. The work hours were delegated fairly among us and we all worked as a team to ensure the hostel was a great place to stay. Malacca is a beautiful place to visit with lots to do as well such as a public pool, churches to visit, cinemas and a fantastic night market. Again thank you to Howard for my stay!

My experience at the guest house was great. The hostel has very nice atmosphere and is run mostly by volunteers and it's a good opportunity to connect with other volunteers and guests. The work is not hard and there's activities for volunteers and guests such as cycling and breakfasts together. During my free time I explored the city's historic sites and tried a lot of delicious food. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

My experience at the guest house was incredible! Howard runs a great hostel that has a great community that is very social. The workers and guests were very kind and fun. The location of the hostel was perfect and there was always something to do! The work consisted of cleaning and reception work, but it was not difficult. I definitely recommend volunteering here!
