Minha estadia no hostel foi bastante interessante, tive bastante oportunidade em praticar minhas habilidades marketing e arte, pude demonstrar muito minhas capacidades artísticas, lingüísticas, comunicativa e principalmente minhas habilidades no campo das redes sociais e marketing. Iara é uma pessoa incrível, tivemos uma ótima troca, entre fofocas e conversas pessoas prazerosas. Há alguns pontos profissionais que precisam ser trabalhados mas no geral, foi muito legal tudo.

Receber o Matheus foi muito engrandecedor para o local pois trouxe com ele uma visão de trabalho jovem,com detalhes na arrumação,decoração ,muito comunicativo e a vontade pra boas conversas .Trabalho de mídias que foi fundamental,arrumação e decoração é o ponto alto dele e o mais importante que tem uma facilidade incrível com os idiomas.Excelente estadia porém falar alinhar detalhes como horários pra que as tarefas tenham finalizações .Ele é um bom menino

Combine 4 dias de trabajo con 3 dias libres y los horarios de trabajo eran de 8hs hasta 12hs , una vez que trabaje los 4 dias , tome mis 3 dias de folga y ahi cuando llegue al hostel el ultimo dia de mis libres la dueña me empezo hablar un monton de cosas (hablarme mal) por que no le gustaron las mismas medidas que ella impuso! , me desprecio con las pabras sabiendo de que todavia no puedo expresarme del todo bien en português, menosprecio mi trabajo me hizo sentir mal . Entiendo de que fui su primer voluntario por eso no tenia experiencia, pero me senti con muchos sentimientos feos ahi

Que triste suas palavras! Em nenhum momento você foi depreciado. Muito pelo contrário, o tempo inteiro tentamos lhe incentivar a cumprir suas tarefas, ensinando a tomar iniciativas e não se portanto apenas como um viajante e aguardando que mandássemos você cumprir uma ou outra tarefas.
